I must say...I am in...LOVE...with this chair. My Friend Dorian has the SAME chair and he had me try it & "I wanted to take it, from him...!" So he said that he would watch out for a sale on it for me. When he saw it, he contacted me...& you KNOW...the rest of the story. This chair and the service is...*****5 STARS*****⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great massage chair for the money! Gets your forearms, glutes, entire back, calves and feet. My only real complaint is that the foot and leg rest have springs to adjust for length and I have to push against it to make it long enough for my legs when I recline. The spring tension could be lighter in my opinion so it's more relaxing but it's not that big of a deal. All in all, I'm really happy with this massage chair.

I can’t say enough good things about this product! I have 3 degenerative discs in my lower back, severe arthritis and tingling in my legs and feet, making it difficult to go to sleep at night. One 20 minute session in this massage chair before bedtime does the trick! I fall asleep immediately and wake up so refreshed! The zero gravity position is amazing. Best purchase I have made in 2021!

This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. I enjoy the different modes, the ability to adjust pressure and opt out of foot/arm massage, and the heated lower back. Great investment!

Love, love, love this chair it has heat it does very deep massage, which is awesome for tight muscles. it is so well worth the price with order again and again.

Best investment I've made in my life!!!! This chair works amazingly. I highly recommend it to all those who work from home on their computer all day, and even for those who workout consistently and need to wor their muscles. The settings are very easy and self explanatory. Insignia did an awesome job with this product.

I love my chair. I use it at least once a day. It helped relax me and makes me rest better. I enjoy the heat on it too. I would recommend this chair to anyone if they want to relax and enjoy life.

When I was visiting my daughter, they have one and I tried it. After just 1 massage, I knew I had to have one. I use mine almost daily, and love it!

The massage chair is better than what I expected. We use the chair daily after a long day at work.

Given the price, we really didn't expect to love this chair as much as we do - it's amazing! The experience is so customizable - I bought it for myself, but my husband loves it as do our friends and family.

This chair is awesome. I have wanted one of these forever. My wife surprised me with it . Think she uses it more than me now.

Bought it on sale back order but, worth the one week wait. Delivered, open the box, roll it out, plug and play, no need for any tool, just plug in two cables and ready. Btw, I was hesitant to try it at the time when it was on sale but, for half the price I took a chance and sure glad I did. For those who wonder if it has rollers or not, yes it has rollers and strong too. ❤️❤️

I would’ve liked to give it 4.5 stars but didn’t know how. My parents have really enjoyed using the massage chair to its fullest. It gives a sense of comfort because of the way it kind of folds in on you. The only thing is I couldn’t really control the intensity? It starts out at a kind of medium intensity so I wish there was a softer one. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

Although problems existed in purchasing and delivery, consider it a worthwhile investment. Totally surpassed expectations. Thanks to Louis, store manager, for his help

I actually really liked the chair while it worked. Unfortunately while moving the chair I broke the wire to the remote, rendering the chair unusable. I have contacted both Best Buy and Insignia and turns out they do not have any option for replacing that remote. I am very frustrated that even though this was my fault, I now have a chair that is unusable simply because they do not make a replacement remote. Enjoy the chair while you can, but just know if your remote ever breaks, there will be nothing you can do. I am massively dissapppointed.

Great massage chair I'm 6'2" and I fit well in the chair. Remote is not backlit which makes it had to made ajustments please back light the remote control.

The reviews claiming this chair is as good as a massage therapist have either never had a good massage or they are incredibly biased. But, it does a decent job and when it is on sale at $1,000 or less or is a great value. I use mine every day and am glad I bought it. But, set your expectations to a reasonable level or you are going to be very disappointed
