My range of motion has improved and so has my muscle tone. These are all things I did not expect. Friends are coming over more often...to use my chair!!! The price, in the market of massage chairs, is so affordable. I had wanted one for a long time but couldn't pay those other prices. Thanks Insignia! PS: My chiropractor even asked what I was doing differently.

I didnt receive my Chair within the timeframe, as promised. So they offered a "discount" for the inconvenience, as it didnt show up til almost a month later! Then, after multiple phone calls, at least 10, transferred multiple times and spoke with multiple employees, 2 months later, I finally recieved a refund! Horrible service BEST BUY!

I can find any info to see how to fix it. The part number is apparently, # P-110210228-17, but I can't seem to find it online. Also, the foot rest doesn't stay fixed in an extended position, so I have to push it with my feet while in the chair, which puts pressure on my bad knee.
