    The item seems good but if you think the delivery is going to be good think again. best buy doesn't even deliver it. They use 3rd party company and they drop it off and dont even put it upright where you want it. delivery services aren't true to what they advertise. be prepared to install it yourself and take out the trash with you.

    The chair was too small. 6’0” and it’s tight on my shoulders. The foot massage is painful. The body massage is effective. However, not enough to overcome the size and agonizing foot massager. I am returning as soon as possible.

    The rating could be 5, but arm massage is pathetic, so I lowered 2 stars. Manufacture's customer service is so bad, I was on the phone for 48 minutes, and they could not do the easy troubleshooting. I would have returned the machine if I didn't get the deal of $999. For that price, other massage functions are perfect.

    the only thing i can say is wow.... what a waste of money.... product worked for one week air bags did not work.... had it replaced......then bags stop working....no pride in workmanship...your company is losing money and no customer faith or retention of clients.... what an embarrassment....

    Don't Buy Insignia Chairs

    This chair was great when it worked and I purchased it on 12/23/22. The problems started about 45 days after purchase for me. The air-pump which makes the chair inflate went out around 02/10/23. I have been going back and forward with Insignia and Best since around 02/20/23. They each keep saying it's the others responsibility for the repairs. I failed to understand how Best Buy backs a product that you can't get service for under warranty. I guess if you don't buy the Best Buy TotalTech warranty then you're screwed. What's the purpose of a warranty is you can't use it less than 2 months after purchase. This really sucks given the amount these chairs cost.

    I am having a tough time understanding the settings. Fixed area doesnt seem to work. It seems to go straight to hips and buttocks which I don't want. I think I will like it if I can work it. Needs simpler instructions. Also can't adjust intensity. Too rough, have to put a blanket on back

    Went to the outlet to buy an open box for the fourth of july and neither of the two they had worked both units air bag systems weren't functioning and workers werent helpful at all. Looking online common issue for airbags to fail.

    Foot Roller not working, strange noises in few weeks of use. I’m not confident it will last. It looks good, but it is only for show. I’m disappointed and it is not worthy the investment

    Soon as it got hooked up, it had a code of E1 02. I had no idea of what it meant but when I looked in the manual, it had states the circle detection board has malfunctioned. I will be calling customer support in a few for a replacement or my money back!!!
