Great "deal"!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this on the "Deal of the Day" for $999 after watching prices for weeks. It was an awesome buy! Chair is comfortable and powerful, sometimes massage is actually too hard and a little aggressive, however, feels great! My husband doesn't like the air pockets to shoulders, but this can be turned off. Chair is narrow, so really tight for my husband's broad shoulders, but he still gets a great massage. So far everyone loves it!! The only downfall is that it didn't come with any warranty and no option to buy a warranty... Not even for a year. Disappointing, so I hope nothing goes wrong!

Manage your expectation: Good chair for the low $
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay, so the most relevant part of this to understand is that for the $1249 price tag, this chair is pretty good. It is not comparable to the $5000 chairs. So don't try to make that comparison. With that said, for $1249 it's a good bargain. The positives: 1) the 6 massage programs are good. It would be nice to have a few more. The manual settings are easy to use. 2) does not take up much space 3) only costs $1249 on sale The negatives: 1) the chair does not have an intensity setting for the intensity of the massage rollers. It's not a big deal to me but the rollers are too rough for my wife. To fix it, she puts a thick blanket on the chair to help. It's not a perfect fox but it helps a little. 2) as others pointed out, the remote needs to have backlit buttons. Trying to use the remote in a dark room requires you to use your cell phone's flashlight feature to make any changes to the settings. 3) while the chair is compact in size abundant does not take up a lot of space, it is a snug fit. I am 6'1 and 185 pounds and I fit okay. Much bigger than me may have issues. 4) the leg and feet portion does not lock in the height. You have to keep pressure on the footpad to keep it extended. If you relax your legs, it push back up toward the chair. 5) the heater does not get hot at all. I added my own heating pad. Delivery... some people complained about delivery. My chair went upstairs in my home and there were no issues. The Best Buy delivery guys were awesome and acted like it was no big deal to them. So overall, you must consider the fact that this chair costs $1249. Do not be fooled to think it's as good as a $5000 chair. I would not spend $5000 on a chair so this chair is exactly what I expected for the amount I paid.

Great massage chair - comparable to more expensive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This massage chair rivals many of the higher priced brands we've used - at a fraction of the price. You'll be excited to jump in and just turn it on, although I'd suggest reading the manual to understand how to make a few quick adjustments to suit you and the type of massage you want. On cold days, the heater has been a great feature. Like most other m-chairs, it has a pretty large footprint, so measure where you're going to put it to ensure it will fit. In the full upright position the back of the chair needs to be about 12" away from a wall or object behind it (in order to fully recline). When it's placed 12" away from the wall, and in the full upright position, the footrest is 71" from the wall. It's also quite heavy. It does have wheels to move it, although they're best suited for very short repositioning moves vs. room-to-room.

Very good news...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You dont need to spend 5k to get great massage chair. I have been looking and reading reviews for one since the last year. I finally decided for this one due to 3 major things. 1) Price- was on sale. 2) Great reviews 3) Easy and FREE process to return if you don't like it. You havr 15 days to try it. If you dont like it, company comes back to pick it up for free. My only 2 inconveniences: 1. When it turn off, the chair keeps the current position. Doesn't set you automatically back to a position that you can stand up and go. You finish like those zero gravity chairs facing the ceiling of the house. Then you need to look for the attach remote and then press the off button to move the chair back to the original position. Its not a big deal for me but it can be annoying. 2. If you're a tall person, 5.10ft or higher, it feels that the feet area is forcing you to bend your knees close to your body during the massage. Then you need to push at your heels and it feels normal again. Chair is great for the price. There are better chair in the market if you are willing to spend more than 5k. I dont want to spend that amount. Therefore, I'm very satisfied with the chair after the first month of using it 3 or 4 times a day daily. Stop lking and give it a try.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changing Gift — Worth Every Penny!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered the Insignia 2D Zero Gravity Full Body Massage Chair as a surprise gift for my sister, and I honestly feel like I won Sibling of the Year because of how much she loves it. I normally don’t write long reviews, but this chair deserves it — especially knowing how stressful and exhausting everyday life can be. First Impressions: The delivery came in sturdy packaging, and even though the box was big, setting it up was surprisingly simple. Once assembled, the chair looked sleek, modern, and way more expensive than what I paid. The black leather and silver trim give it that spa luxury vibe. Comfort & Features: The zero-gravity function alone made this purchase worth it. The moment my sister sat down and reclined, she literally melted — you could SEE the tension leaving her shoulders. The chair adjusts to the perfect angle to relieve pressure from the back and legs. The massage options are incredible. It doesn’t just vibrate like cheap chairs… it actually kneads, rolls, and compresses with those airbags around the legs and arms. My sister said the calf massage feels like someone squeezing away all the stress from standing all day. And the back massage? Deep enough to be therapeutic but gentle enough that she can relax without feeling sore afterward. Daily Use: She uses it every night now after work. I’ve noticed that she sleeps better, her mood is lighter, and she even said her lower back pain has improved so much she doesn’t wake up stiff anymore. She literally said, “This is the best gift anyone has ever bought me.” That alone made the purchase priceless.

Great until it died after 3.5 months
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like deep tissue massage, this is definitely it! Strong rollers and air bags. Foot rollers are too strong, even on lowest setting, bother otherwise great. When on sale for $999 you can't beat the features for the price. Only issue is that the air bags (all of them) died after only 3.5 months. Just stopped working, rest of features still worked. Getting it replaced is challenging since Best Buy and Insignia really don't have call tree options for this sort of item (reps kept asking if it was a TV and I was once transferred to the mobile phone dept. LOL.

At home masseuse
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This hit the $900 price point several times before I pulled the trigger. Now I’m kicking myself that we didn’t purchase this sooner. I workout every night for several hours and this polishes off the night perfectly. Get it. You won’t be disappointed. Especially if you frequent massage places since you won’t feel the need to go so often. That will pay itself back in no time.

Worth every penny!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this chair for my wife as a Christmas gift. Everyone in my house takes turns and uses it every single day. It is very well made! I’m 5’11”, husky and weigh 250lbs and it seats me comfortably. I was a little worried at first that maybe I would break it, but felt immediately at ease when I sat in it for the first time. This chair will lean you all the way back then absolutely go to town on your feet, back and shoulders while simultaneously applying pressure to your legs and arms. You can adjust the pressure and intensity. We’ve had this chair for almost two months now. As much usage as this chair is getting, it still works just like it did from day one. This thing is built like a Cadillac and worth every penny!

It is fantastic, It's well built and looks great. It is such a joy to sit and relax in. Much better than other chairs I've tried. So happy with this purchase. The remote is a bit hard to read for us due to small writing. Would highly recommend this massage chair

Best Christmas Gift To Self
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Self care is important for nurses. As an ICU Nurse, this massage chair is exactly what I need after a 13-14 hour shift. This massage chair is comfortable to sit in and adjusts to height. My mother is 4' 8", I am 5' 0", and my son is 5' 5" so the adjusting is great for all of us. I am a fan of the high intensity of the kneading massage, but my mom is not. To help with that, we just lay a blanket over the chair before she gets in and it decreases the intensity for her. You can only adjust the intensity of the feet and air bags. We all enjoy the heating option as well. It makes the massage that much more relaxing. Oh, and let me tell you about the gluteus massage (hehe). I have never sat in a massage chair that massages all the way to the gluteus. This option is amazing. After sitting in the massage chair for 20 minutes, I do feel sore after but that soreness feeling is much better than the aches and pains after a long night shift. I sleep much better now that I can use this after work and before going to bed.

Affordable but be careful with the warranty
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great chair for the price. It is more suit for average size adult. The nest is tight for bigger people. The resson for the 2 stars is that the foot roller stopped working less than a year. So I got a replacement one under warranty. However the second one the air bag stopped working too. It Was less than and they told me that I could only use the warranty only ONE time. What B.S is that? Now I have a semi function chair. I tried to fix it but it is impossoble to find part to fixing it. Customer support gave me the run around to a website I can buy parts. But is doesnt have anything for the chair it self. The Last time buy insignia products.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best purchase of self care. My children love it. I love the heat option. Can be intense when inverted but using a blanket or towel as barrier can help. I do wish the remote had a back light to use in the dark. :)

Massive Back pain life saver
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You won’t regret this. So I broke my back in the military 5 years ago and had to get a spinal fusion. I’ve spent thousands in medical biller to go the doctor and with this…WOW. This helps my whole body. I’m disabled so all I do is workout to keep my muscles going and invest in self care items and this is definitely something I would get before getting a computer or TV. Also if it’s on sale then you just CANT beat it. It’s helping with my MASSIVE back pain and it can help for you too. Only negative is the beeping from the remote, my only complaint. I’m 5’11 and very muscular at 245 and this fits me just right, anyone over 6feet or over 260 might have a problem getting in this bad boy but I’ve got wide shoulders and chest.

Great value and delivery was quick and easy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I debated awarding only 4 stars but hear me out. It pretty much does everything I expected. And it does it better than I thought. The problem for me is I am 6'4" and the chair is not. If your 6'1" or 6'2" it should be fine. I just don't get much benefit on the legs. Otherwise it's great. The rest of my family is shorter and love it. The rollers can be a little aggressive but put down a towel and over time you may remove it as my wife did. I Put furniture slides under it so it moves around the area with ease. Would be nice if the buttons we're back lit but that nitpicking.

Highly Recommended!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decided to pick-up myself since delivery would’ve taken another 2 weeks. It was a struggle with bringing it up a flight of stairs even with 5 people (mostly due to the right fit) but well worth it! Take it out the box, plug the remote chord, electric chord and you’re ready to go. Super easy! I was skeptical at first before I purchased it because it was on sale for 24 hours and could’ve believe the huge discount. But I took the chance since there’s not a lot of options here in Hawaii and most vendors won’t deliver to the islands. My first try and I fell asleep in the chair with it positioned in zero gravity position (horizontal). I did the full body massage and although there are some points that were a little harder than others, I was able to stand the pain. Probably needed it anyway. My favorites are the shoulders, compressions in the claves and feet and feet rollers. Highly recommend this chair.

Awesome! Definitely worth it!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love, love, love this chair! The various massage settings, the heat, the compression, the foot massage, everything. It does take some figuring out (if you don't read the instructions at least) but that's not a bad thing if you're figuring it out while getting a massage! The only thing I wish were different is to have massage in the calves, but at least it has compression. I use it at least 3 times a week and even a 20 minute session makes me feel so much better, reduces (or even eliminates) my back pain. I read all the reviews first, they are accurate, and then got it on a one day special. It's worth every penny. It has saved me money from getting professional massages every couple weeks, and now I only get them occasionally. Seriously, this thing is awesome!
