Good college fridge

Looks great, was reasonably priced. Works like a refrigerator should work. So far so good. Freezer space is large for a mini fridge. Usable space for small frozen items. Fits a full size ice tray

The only issue was that the temperature had to be raised because of frozen soda. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a small refrigerator.

Froze food in the refrigerator

Recommended setting is 4, we defrosted and set it to 3 food froze, unplugged defrosted and set it to 1 and 12 hours later food was frozen. Best Buy customer service is non-existent brought it to the store and since it was still under warranty they made me call the 800# while in the store then they (800#) said they couldn’t help because its under warranty and i needed to call Insignia, which is Best Buy!!!! The actual employees in the store could not help with a return and i stupidly am a Plus Total member which means squat. 3 hours in the store finally to be told they will start a repair ticket (only because the gentleman i was on the phone with in the Philippines asked to talk to someone at the GeekSquad desk and they had a no-show) and that to fix or replacing could take 4-6weeks and that i will probably get store credit. Makes me never want to deal with the company again. Such a shame they used to be a decent company. Outsourcing customer service is asinine. If only i could of stuck my head into the refrigerator to cool off from how incredulous I felt in dealing with this corporation’s stupidity.

I have had it for a few months, and so far no ice build up in the freezer either. I compared the price I paid($130)to similar models of the small fridges at Home Depot , and this was an excellent deal.

Ive even been able to store icecream in the freezer with zero issue. Definitely recommended

I have another Insignia and it gets drinks down to 36.
