Q: How do I attach the handle? My retro fridge just arrived today and the handles are not sliding in all the way in, they are only halfway on and still a little wiggly. Is there a trick for installing them?

A: I covered them with a hand towel and tapped them into place with a rubber mallet. It only took a couple of lite taps. They are quite secure.

Q: Is the top portion of this mini fridge a freezer with the door opening separately? or is this only for looks?

A: It is an actual freezer compartment with a separate door. I freeze ice cubes and store frozen foods just as I would in a regular size refrigerator.

Q: can i plug this into an outlet in the wall?

A: Plug this unit into a standard three-prong wall outlet.

Q: How many watts and amps does this mini fridge operate on?

A: This refrigerator requires a standard 115 ~ 60 Hz Volt AC electrical outlet with a three-prong ground. This refrigerator is not designed to be used with an inverter. This unit is 1.1 amps and 70 watts.

Q: Is it magnetic?

A: You can stick a magnet to the door.

Q: Does it constantly make noise? Like would it be fine in a bedroom near a bed or too loud.

A: It's pretty quiet, even when the compressor kicks on it is a low hum

Q: Can this be laid on its side? I need to pick it up in my SUV.

A: I did I just let it sit upright for 36 hours before plugging it in.

Q: Does this fridge fit a bottle of wine?

A: YES!!! It holds standard 750 ml wine bottles as in the picture, half gallon milk bottles and presumably 2 liter sodas, but I didn't test the soda.
