My first brand new fridge. PVC fumes nearly knocked me over. Never thought about it before but that stuff can off gas for decades after the smell is gone. Returned it. Found a floor model elsewhere that was aired out. Keep all my food in glass jars now. Highly recommend you do the same.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! PRODUCT STOPPED WORKING AFTER 45 DAYS AND SINCE IT WAS A GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER, CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT TO HER. I HAD TO CALL AND AFTER SITTING ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES I WAS REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER LINE WHERE I RECEIVED A RECORDING THAT INDICATED PHONE SUPPORT AND APPOINTMENTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. WHEN THE RECORDING ENDED, I WAS DISCONNECTED. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE - BUY FROM AMAZON WHO PROVIDES SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

A little noisy when running! Door not locking in place always..... sometimes door noticed/remains open for hours! Cute looking though!

Works ok, but is cheaply made and pretty fragile. But for the price it's fine

Nice fridge, but it will leak from the bottom a lot.

We received a dented unit where the freezer would not close. I ordered it for my niece going to school. Her father ordered a new one but now she still has the broken fridge in her room. She is in Washington D.C. and I am in Alabama. I have to pay for the new fridge so we paid for the new fridge and old fridge.

Cute, but defective. Motor was loud and got overheated to the point the sides of the fridge we’re too hot to touch barehanded. Returned for refund.

I was so excited for this mini fridge! I was going to put it in my office to keep a couple meals in and some drinks. This was so noisy though! I'm a teacher and was trying to grade recorded student talks. I could not hear them at full volume over the hum of this! So I went to the reviews and saw some said that it quieted down after a few hours. So I plugged it in in another room. I could hear it through the closed door and it drove me nuts. I finally gave up after several hours. It's funny that I was asked to review this today as I a have a friend on the way over to help me load it up to return!

This review is on the poor customer service i recieved on attempting to purchase the insignia mini fridge. I never recieved my item from best buy! Instead I kept getting the run around for a month on how my fridge was in back order, but will be delivered the following week. Finally after 4-weeks I gave up after dealing with the clueless customer reps from Best buy, and just canceled my order. No one could ever give me a clear answer on when I would be expected to receive my item.

Kind of loud, but stay cold, not sure if id buy again.

Quiet, cold, spacious. Cool styling on the exterior. I got it on sale for $99 so it was a ridiculously good deal for me but it would be worth it even at full retail. A fantastic little fridge. You could comfortably fit 2 cases of soda or beer in it, and a freezer full of ice as well. Gets cold quick, room temperature soda becomes super cold in about 90 minutes. Very satisfied with purchase.

total garbage. The recommended setting for the fridge is 4 but this freezes food on the top shelf of the fridge. If i take it lower the fridge doesn't work. thsi is in my college kid's dorm. I visited to check what was going on but as we bought the item august 30th and it only has a 2 week return policy we can't return

Has a small dent and small scratch. Otherwise is works good.

Worst purchase I ever made!! The fridge died exactly 2 years after I bought it. It still looks like brand new, such a shame! The compressor stopped working. The technician who inspected said that this brand is junk with piled low quality parts. Save your money and buy a high quality mini fridge if you want it to last more than 2 years!

Came in damaged but kept anyways. I’ve had it for a few months and makes a lot of noise. If you bump the side it stops. But it’s super cute.

Could not be happier with the decision to purchase this mini fridge. It's adorable and very practical. Seems to be working wonderfully and not too loud. Love that freezer is separate from fridge. Surprisingly holds a lot more than it looks like it would. Comes with an ice scraper to keep ice build up at bay in the freezer. Handles seem a little flimsy because they are plastic, but think they'll be fine as long as no one is yanking hard on them to open doors.

It has frost in the fridge wall and makes our milk into ice, not totally frozen but we didn’t feel like safe enough to drink icy milk.

Overpriced for the size,very cheaply made,everything was freezing had to turn the refrigerator down to almost off. Would not recommend. Only bought it because my wife wanted it for her office.

There's a crack on my lower crisper drawer and there's a dent behind the bottommost corner of my unit.

Not happy at all with this fridge and as I see the return policy I may not be able to return it. It lets off way to much heat to be in a small room. I had some mini sodas in the fridge and since the cans were touching the walls of the fridge they froze and exploded in the fridge. I will try to return this anyways.
