The only thing is I wish it had a stronger/ more sturdy covering or protection around the ends. They tend to get worn and bent from use and it starts to affect the functionality of the cord.

When we returned it, Best Buy turned down a refund or even an exchange. Totally unacceptable and inexcusable. We are done and will tell all our friends. Change your policy immediately or it's totally over.

Since it said that it had a low profile I figured that it would work. It doesn't. I will be returning it.
