I understand how this situation with your Audio Cable can be frustrating, it is important to consider that the Cable was not designed for Bluetooth devices and I would highly recommend take advantage of the 15 day return period that Best Buy grants you to exchange your product for the correct one directly at the Customer Service counter with your receipt in hand.
