This cord is absolutely great for what it is. I use it as well as higher priced cords from Griffin. Build quality seems as good and sound quality is comparable. Why pay more?

In a previous review of the iphone to audio, I used this to connect the phone to the small external speaker and it works fine.

Cord is the right length for in the car. Not too short to put the Kindle on the seat next to me and the cord is not so overly long that it gets tangled easily.

Connection between MP3 Player and speaker is crystal clear. No static or breaking up like I had with old connector. Well worth the $13.99 if you like to listen to music.
