I went through the return process to send the empty box back to best buy. I left a note in the box and the return that the box was empty when I received it. The whole thing was returned to me, with the empty box, from Bestbuy, stating they cannot accept returns without the original merchandise. Really?

Probably after 3-4 weeks, my music sounds like it’s under water. If you’re going to spend your money, spend it on a different brand. I’m very careful with my wires and even unplugging my phone gently and keeping it untangled doesn’t help.
