Got to know how to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Somebody from Geek Squad told me I can use it for my old computer transfer stuff to my new computer that works fine everything but you gotta know how to use it I think it's a little complicated I was never able to transfer stuff using this with my old hard drive

Within 10 minutes I had the drive installed and connected to my other computer. The enclosure is quite large. It seems like it could be a little bit smaller.

Lots of storage space but did not cost a lot. So far I have had no problems with the drive. If you need external storage then I recommend this drive.

No ventilation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is a cheaper way to build an external hard drive and I like the fact it has an on/off switch. But I don't know how long the drive inside will last due to zero ventilation. All other HDD have holes for air flow and this doesn't. I think it is overpriced too, maybe worth twenty dollars, thirty max, but not forty.
