Difficulties with use

For some unknown reason, it had difficulties working correctly right out of the box, with 1 side receiving a majority of the volume, and the other left nearly silent. On flight back 2 weeks later, volume worked fine. Wonky product, but unfortunately, Best Buy in store gives you ZERO options to choose against insignia.
