Also, if you move product just barely an inch the volume goes even lower. So overall not a good product for what I was looking for it to do.

Poorly made

Plug broke off in my IPad after first couple days of use making splitter useless and potentially damaging my iPad. This Insignia products not well made. Do not but buy. Radio Shack (RIP) had better higher quality splitter which was lost and this was intended to replace.

Horrible choice

When they showed me this item I was assured this would work....got home ....and it didn't work when plugged into my computer ports. Horrible service and yet again more loss in the faith of Best Buy . This is why I use Amazon most of the time now.
