I am having trouble plugging into the outlet.

Does anyone else have this issue. I can only use the USB which is a total waste. Unfortunately I bought 4 of these and only now that I am using them noticed this issue with my newer plugs.

Charges my devices really slow

Wattage/amps stated seems not what the label says. 120V outlet is too tight. I would have return this but I don’t want the hassle of putting my old receptacle back.
