No matter how much I wrestled with it, I could not get this to fit flush into the box

I cannot say this a is a high quality product. Sometimes, it is really hard to put a plug in. Sadly, one of my battery charger was broken while I pushed it into this outlet.

We bought two and have not been able to install them. The concept is great but it’s mire expensive to higher an electrician to install. Definitely not a do it yourself project.

However, I experienced that if a usb is plugged in, then it cannot have any plug. This is a big inconvenience

Bad quality: hard to install, hissing noise

Its quality is terrible. First, the screws that attach the faceplate to the unit are too short and can't thread in. I had to find the longer screw to attach it. Second, when I plug the USB to charge the phone, the unit starts emitting loud noise. I really hope it doesn't mean there is an electrical issue, but I'm worried. Can this thing catch fire? Considering putting the old electric outlet back in.

Defective Plug have to return.

But, then when I installed them according to directions I was very disappointed. I purchased two outlets, one for each side of our bed, one would never lock the hot wire into place, the second was great for about three hours to then begin popping the breaker. Therefore, I was be returning as soon as possible
