Fragile USB Ports

Could not get regular socket to accept plug

Had to uninstall it and return the item.

Nice way to add USB

The only issue I had was that the plate seemed a little wider than the standard outlet I was replacing and I had to do some work to make it fit in the tight space I had.

Bought 4. One doesn't work.

It's just like any other electrical outlet, just a little bigger, so a tighter squeeze into the box. Has a nice clean look. I bought 4 of them on sale - 1 for myself and 3 gifts. On the one I installed myself, one USB didn't work, then a week later, both USBs didn't work. I ended up finding an external device at Bed, Bath & Beyond that does just as well, so my daughter can take hers to college and bring it back home. I ended up taking back two of the gifts and replacing them with the external plug-in model. I replaced mine that didn't work and it seems to be OK. I will return the defective one and the other. The 4th is far away with my son - too far away to get it back. Hopefully it works for him.
