Have used it 3 times, and there is always a tiny bit of water left in the bottom of the tub! Called Geek squad, they said that was normal. This is, by far, the loudest washing machine I have ever had the displeasure of owning. The first machine made a metal scraping noise and was replaced. The second one's belt squeaked and they could not get the part and it was also replaced. The third one is so loud during the spin cycle, that I can hear it across the house. Waiting for a 2nd attempt for repair. When (not if) it fails outside of warranty, I will not get this serviced - it will become landfill and I will buy something else.

2) If the feet levelled, check the suspension rod in the right positions to make sure tub assembly to level too. Not any unbalance issue

Worst washer ever

Now im om my second one on week 2 and same thing. Its shakes to the point that it bangs around no matter what. Even tested it on empty. Do not buy!!! Will br exchanging it today for another brand.

I dont think the motor is built very well. The machine does not save my preference settings like cold water wash

Loud as a power metal drummer

It can easily jump four inches in the air. It's extremely loud on spin cycle. I have buyer's remorse. If I knew it was this big of a piece of junk, I would never have bought it. Being low income, you buy what you can afford. This machine honestly isn't worth it.

It came broken at the top of the tub. The washer would bunch the clothes up on one side and as a result, would bang really hard to the point that the machine would stop. The washer would also not drain properly so all of the clothing in the machine was wet and needed to be hand strained before going into the dryer. Would not recommend it. Get a front loader.
