The first time I tried to use it , it flooded my laundry room. Water was gushing from underneath it. Someone came and looked at it, thinking it was installed wrong. It was not. So I tried to use it again and the same thing happened. My laundry room wash flooded. There are coming July 3rd to bring a replacement. An Amana. I didn’t want the get another one like this one. After my experience with the Insignia

Best Buy sent tech next day. Ended up needed so many parts and repair. They decided to replace it. I decided against another of these. Once he opened back up I saw every part of it including drum is plastic. I upgraded to another manufacturer with a metal drum and case. Best buy made it easy to exchange. Within two days they will deliver new washer and install.

It is not spinning or draining. Not happy that it only lasted 13 months. Very disappointed. And when I called about it they offer no help for it. I will never buy another Insignia washer/dryer item again. This thing should last at least 3-4 years with no problems. Also, I would give it zero stars but that's not an option so 1 star it is.

I couldn't get it fully installed until January due to lines and then needing a plumber. The washer is still leaking and it is hard to get customer service in the time frame that I'm allowed on my phone at work. I bought them because they were a good price and with my plus membership, it was taking $50 off. I'm realizing cheap isn't always the best route to take.

After multiple calls with Insignia and a visit to my local Best Buy, I've discovered the belt has been discontinued by the supplier. I only owned it for a year and the belt is already broken. I will have to purchase another washer now. Will make sure to avoid Best Buy and Insignia when doing so. Very disappointed

Now it won’t stop it just keeps repeating the rinse cycle. The lights flash above spin and extra rinse like it will stop soon then it goes back to rinse. It’s starting to be annoying and a huge inconvenience.

Bought one and it didn't work returned it and they kept charging more and more washers on my account we do not even have a washer from them and they will not remove from card. They sent our neighbors a broken washer and they had to fight to get it returned right after it was dilivered they even offered to take it back and best buy fought about that.

Can’t wash anything heavy

Yes, the machine is level and yes I used the correct load cycle. This is not a heavy duty washer. More like a t-shirt and leggings kind of washer.
