I wouldn't purchase this product anymore. It's always shaking and moving and I only had it two years or so

Washer out of balance

After 3 failed attempts with guidance from the Total Tech associate I’m now looking for the 4th pan. The Best Buy customer associate at the service center suggested I go back to the store or call Insignia.

won’t spin, leave clothes soaking wet!

I have tried the drain and spin cycle and it continues to stay wet. It’s extremely frustrating to have a product for a little over a year and it’s not working properly. Insignia needs to do better.
