Bad poor quality washer

Delivery guys turned the machine on and was doing what was recommended by running a cycle. So they turned it on and left. I went to check on it and the washer was off. Never turned back on. BROKEN!!!!!

The washer goes for hours (on normal) and still isn’t washing anything! There will be lint and washing powder still on the clothes.

It gets dirty clothes clean and is quiet. I have 2 things that could be better. If you add the soap to the spot for soap, it is going to leak all over your clothes and discolor them. That happened on the first use for me. Adding the (liquid) soap to the "powder" tray will prevent this. 2nd thing that could be better, is the lid. It is the only washer I have ever seen with a plastic lid. It is flimsy and feels like it will break quickly. If you are wondering, it will wash a thin king size comforter. Our summer comforter, no problem and the winter one doesn't quite fit. The 2 issues can be overlooked given the cheap price. Yes, I would buy again.

After less than 60 days, it began making noise from the panel. Plus, the size and spin speed make the clothes so wrinkled that the dryer cannot get them out, no matter the size of the load.

Insignia Washer and Best Buy stink!

Repair identified problem but have not shown for 2 appts. they scheduled to fix. They now say they are waiting on guarantee approval to order the part. I will not be dealing with Best Buy anymore after this.
