It's efficient, quiet, and cleans laundry better than the full size I replaced with this one. It fits perfectly in my small laundry space, and does the job of most full size washers.

(large appliance makers; there are still MANY old homes that won't accommodate HUGE appliances!) That being said, this washer has been great so far! Pretty large capacity for a smaller washer, and very user-friendly settings & controls. The only slight drawback is that there's a bit of a water-hammer issue, (which prompted me to install a water arrestor) but I think that's common with newer high efficiency washers. Overall quite happy with this machine.

I took a chance and so far it has been a great machine. Although the machine is small it is very deep and can fit a large amount of clothing. I recommend if you have a small space such as myself. Take a chance and purchase one. You won’t regret.

I like it, but I'm quite worried about the reviews that say it only lasts about a year. I saw those reviews too late. I love that it's a bit narrower than my old washer, but with a bigger load size. I don’t love the plastic lid because of static and the risk of cracking it if you put something heavy on top...but I'm OK with it since I like everything else. I just need it to have a reasonable life span. Setup instructions were great, and I'm critical of instructions because my job is to write them (for software). FYI, if the lid locks on you before install, plug it in and it unlocks.

The unit has performed up to my expectations. It is a bit noisy, that is true, and the tray for detergent is kinda flimsy. Other than that it does what its supposed to. I saw others speaking about the lid, that may be because they are used to metal lids like with industrial washing machines likenin a laundry mat. I just don't slam mine down or put anything heavy on top of it. Install was quick, the workers were knowledgeable
