i'm happy with the washing machine, It was damage and I was told they would discount or bring s replacement, I decided to do the cash discount and was only offered $20 gifttcard? I'm sure the outlest store sells it for more than $20 off.

I don't know how to rate this washer exactly. I like it, but I'm quite worried about the reviews that say it only lasts about a year. I saw those reviews too late. I love that it's a bit narrower than my old washer, but with a bigger load size. I don’t love the plastic lid because of static and the risk of cracking it if you put something heavy on top...but I'm OK with it since I like everything else. I just need it to have a reasonable life span. Setup instructions were great, and I'm critical of instructions because my job is to write them (for software). FYI, if the lid locks on you before install, plug it in and it unlocks.

Excellent machine; accommodates large loads in a deceptively small washer. No app, Bluetooth, or any other ‘smart’ nonsense, just a simple washer reasonably priced.

I purposely wait to review to guage performance. This was bought for our new home. The unit has performed up to my expectations. It is a bit noisy, that is true, and the tray for detergent is kinda flimsy. Other than that it does what its supposed to. I saw others speaking about the lid, that may be because they are used to metal lids like with industrial washing machines likenin a laundry mat. I just don't slam mine down or put anything heavy on top of it. Install was quick, the workers were knowledgeable

We are very happy with the washer. It was easily installed. The delivery was very good. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Best Buy and having your purchase delivered.

Does it's job with no trouble. Only issue is I guess the noise it makes but doesn't bother me.

very pleased with the washer. I would recommend. It washes the clothes well. It's big on the inside to do comforters and small rugs. Bought the dryer to go with it because I was so pleased with the results.

just purchased,havent used yet. but i will say at $369 i figured you cant go wrong. I added the $100 warranty for 5 years. These things go down quickly so i went cheapest and added warranty. Smart purchase and WAIT, i got 0% for 18 months $66 a month including set up and delivery. Cant beat this

We needed a new, economically friendly washer and this did the trick. Handles a family of 6 with no issues. Very happy with the purchase.

So far so good. We've washed a number of loads in just a few weeks without any problems. The last washer I bought before this determined the water level by the weight of the clothes. It NEVER adds enough to cover the clothes.I have to add a half to a gallon of water to fool it into filling high enough to get all the clothes wet. This one lets you choose the water level and the temperature. It actually agitates enough to get the clothes clean. Good washer for the price. Would buy again.
