    Only 4 star because just make sure zippers are zipped/ buttons are button/strings are tied due to even though we did just that and 1x time it caught a pants hook ans 2nd it grab my camisole top and we had to disconnect the agitator, so if you purchase just make sure you have a extended screwdriver ok. Other than that it's great.

    Great washer for the price however the set up team improperly connected it to the water sources. They swapped the hot with the cold outlet and the cold with the hot outlet. I kept wondering why my clothes were coming out piping hot when I set the temperature to cold.

    The washer is very deep and narrow, and has plenty of room for a large load of clothes. With an older home and narrow basement steps, it went perfectly down the narrow stairwell (my biggest concern because most washers are now 27" or wider - wouldn't get it down the steps to basement). It runs quiet and has variable settings. Extremely happy with my purchase and the price!
