This is normal process. Adding fresh water in the spin and drain cycle will deform the clothes more quickly and save water. This is called 'Spray Rinse' in the first rinse cycle.

Looked for years for a machine that did NOT have the sensing options cause have had 2 machines go bad due to sensing and replaced last one with this simple washer! I love it! All you need is wash, rinse, spin and done! Works like a charm and have told others having sensing problems with their washers and they plan to purchase this machine.

I've very pleased with the washer, and love the type of agitation it uses. I have to stand on my toes to reach the bottom of the washer tub (I'm short), but the volume of clothes I can wash is great. The techs that installed the washer were polite, professional and quick. This washer has been a win for me.

Efficient with choices

Another consideration: ours was one of the very few that came with a 10-inch dent in the side. The machine works just fine as the dent did not affect it and it isn't visible on the side. So, instead of going through the trouble of making them taking it apart and bringing back an undented one, call Best Buy and get a $50 credit for another purchase.

The basin is very deep and difficult to reach items at the bottom if you’re short or have short arms. It’s also loud, it makes a chugging sound as it agitates. I wish I knew the wash time was drastically longer than other machines, I would spent more and purchased a faster model. The best part of the purchase was the ease of having the washer delivered

I know people keep making mention of the plastic lid .. saying it may break quickly . I don't have the same feelings. I feel like as long as you aren't jumping on it. It will certainly last .it's light ..quick and efficient .
