Insignia is so bad that the geek squad is begging me to pay for a different brand. I have tried to exchange for a different brand but I am a renter and they want me to have all of my landlords private info on hand and use his credit card to pay for the upgrade. So I say just exchange for same item please. Wel they want my landlord to change his adress on his Best Buy account to the property that I am renting and not his own physical or mailing address. Wow. I have no words. I am floored at the lack of common sense and the robotic way this company simply trusts their computer system to do all of their thinking for them. I heard Best Buy is losing money and may go out of business. Good riddance.
