I bought this item over the internet and had no real idea what it looked like. After the delivery guys left, I threw in a load of wash. When I went to empty it, I realized that I could not reach the bottom of washer to remove the wash. Luckily I had a step stool handy. Being 5'2' made a big difference with the depth of the washer. Back to the review. The 2 delivery guys were great and had no problem bringing the washer to the basement and setting it up.

Washer machine is amazing because it can sense how much laundry u have to give the right amount of water My only downfall was i paid for them to haul away the old machine, they didnt and lie about doing it. When i rescheduled for them to come out again they went to the wrong house. This experience with bestbuy at the end of it all wasnt that good

just bought it but its been great this far. seems to get clothes very clean. They even feel better when they come out of the washer

On 2nd washer in a week..so Ill give 3 stars for now. 1st one essentially "ate" a sheet..sucked it under the agitator base and was totally unable to get the sheet out so Best Buy sent a replacement because we don't know what, if any, damage was caused. Everything was quick and no complaints about them or delivery. But, will see if this one does the same. It also has very long wash cycles..did towels on the towels option and was literally over an hour...wont make that mistake again.

Best washing machine I've ever had. Looked for years for a machine that did NOT have the sensing options cause have had 2 machines go bad due to sensing and replaced last one with this simple washer! I love it! All you need is wash, rinse, spin and done! Works like a charm and have told others having sensing problems with their washers and they plan to purchase this machine.

I bought Insignia 3.7 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency 12-cycle Top-Loading Washer to replace my old washer. I've very pleased with the washer, and love the type of agitation it uses. I have to stand on my toes to reach the bottom of the washer tub (I'm short), but the volume of clothes I can wash is great. The techs that installed the washer were polite, professional and quick. This washer has been a win for me.

A great bargain for a new washer! My only complaint is the spin and drain cycle, because it adds fresh water when all you want to do is drain and spin

Save water, have choices, and clean with the same efficiency as an expensive machine. Another consideration: ours was one of the very few that came with a 10-inch dent in the side. The machine works just fine as the dent did not affect it and it isn't visible on the side. So, instead of going through the trouble of making them taking it apart and bringing back an undented one, call Best Buy and get a $50 credit for another purchase.
