    this is the worst piece of junk I have ever owned. I am on my second insignia washer because they replaced it instead of repairing it, same model and same problem both times. It makes terrible noises. I wish I could play the recording I made of it for you. I paid good money for this thing and I just got junk!!!

    Will work for about 2 years then spin cycle stops working. Drain and Spin option also does a rinse cycle for some reason. Do not recommend what so ever.

    I'd give it 0 stars if I could. It's been broken since the day I bought it. It jams mid-cycle every time I use it, forcing me to manually reset it. No fix in the manual. Tech support doesn't know, either. Clothes do not come out fully clean, even when I pre-treat. Save your money - at least if you're buying from the Raleigh, NC location. Unsure if the machine was broken before assembly, or if the local installation team did it.

    Machine delivered & installed 11/13. 11/14 on the 4th load the machine dumped the water and flooded our upstairs laundry & hall way and had water pouring out of the light fixtures downstairs. Best Buy refuses to help us so far other offer replacement! Our house is ruined! Having to call our own homeowners ins.
