Good solid washer and the installer was quick and polite.

Loudest washing machine I've ever owned. Cannot start a load and leave as if load is slightly unbalance it will stop the spin cycle and restart rinse....over and over and over. It takes longer to wash a load of towels than it does to dry them. Now stuck with an extremely loud washer until it dies....but considering how cheaply it is made, that probably wont be long.

Easy online purchase and the delivery was great. Both guys were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

My landlord bought this machine for my apartment, replacing a simple, sturdy Whirlpool workhorse that had lasted well over 12 years. While washing one small item, this Insignia made an ugly noise and broke down less than 6 months after delivery. The drain pump isn't getting all the water out and the machine doesn't seem to be agitating. Have been trying to get it repaired or replaced for over 2 months. Worst consumer experience of my life. Cheap plastic. Poor quality. Customer service is ineffective and has no follow through. SO much wasted time and energy trying to resolve this. Hours and hours and hours. Pros: It has a good size tub and you can set 3 load sizes, manually, and avoiding the autofill-sensor. Machine is only 109 lbs. Other cons: Loads took forever to wash. Have to pause machine to open the lid. Regular sound of machine cycle was unpleasant. Also, became unbalanced more easily than any machine I've used, although this was simple to correct. Had to treat the machine extra gently, because you could see it was cheap plastic. Can't imagine this as a family machine.

I didnt expect the washer to run for eighty minutes no matter what setting i put it on. And the auto is all messed up cause it dont matter what size i put it on it doesn't fill up. Ive read the manual a couple of time to make sure i was using it right and it doesn't say anything about the water level.

The washer was a good deal and is nice but i had it delivered through bestbuy and they beat the crap out of it. Its all smashed in on the sides

It washes my clothes, it's a little loud. The controls were confusing.

My review is terrible because no one could confirm a repair after one day when the washing machine overflowed. The Geek Squad service is a rip off and a joke.

Very easy to overload, but works very well, and easy to hook up

Purchased this less than 3 years ago. It stopped working. No one can service the best buy brand because they can't get the parts. I was told even if they could, it would cost more to repair than to replace. A lot of hassle these last couple years for a poor product. I've stopped purchasing from Best Buy because they've raised all their delivery and installation fees and removed benefits from their upgraded plan.
