Would love to get a tecnhician to come and fix this issue, then i would give you a 5!

I am on my second insignia washer because they replaced it instead of repairing it, same model and same problem both times. It makes terrible noises. I wish I could play the recording I made of it for you. I paid good money for this thing and I just got junk!!!

Broken since day one

It jams mid-cycle every time I use it, forcing me to manually reset it. No fix in the manual. Tech support doesn't know, either. Clothes do not come out fully clean, even when I pre-treat. Save your money - at least if you're buying from the Raleigh, NC location. Unsure if the machine was broken before assembly, or if the local installation team did it.
