Washer either stuck in the middle of the cycle or ran into endless rinse-spin cycle. One cycle was completed but clothes were absolutely wet. Purchase, delivery, return, return pickup and refund were very easy.

There is barely any agitation, it freezes in the middle of washing and will wash for over an hour unless you power it off and back on, the only setting that works is normal, and the washer sensor got hot water does not work. Found out only cold was filling in. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Doesn’t drain the water like a washer is supposed to and yes my unit is installed correctly. Do not buy this product or this brand for that matter.

Broken after 1 1/2 years
