I don't really like the fact that it locks the minute you turn it on. I really like to be able to add softener or whatever to it. It seems to run for a very long time. But all in all the clothes get clean and it does what it's supposed to do

I love the automatic settings for water levels and such. The fabric softener tray is pretty handy and convenient as I don't have to pay attention to having to add it later. The only issue I've had is when i use the bulky setting, it does not spin the clothes dry and its still filled with water. I've had similar issues with the washer in my old apartment as well.

It has gotten steadily louder over time, it doesn't take much for it to become unbalanced, which is annoying, and we've had a couple of incidents in which clothing has gotten caught and stuck under the agitator.

Dollars never went on sale. Then I go to best buy and found these two units for sale as package deal. 980. . I bit on the hook and was very pleased with what I got. A smart, but not to smart ,easy operation, quite ,large capacity washer and dryer. I'm very happy

They were cordial, and I hope on my mext purchae that they get to deliver? The washer dryer had a good price, they wirk good and are quiet. My old set was 20+ years old, so i feel like im moviig on ip lol, buy the ser if you need it, while supplies last.

The only issue will be the clothes are a little wet but there is a drain spin cycle that only takes 10 minutes which is not a big deal since I don’t do a lot of loads.

Washer won’t go through spin cycle

After 3 months of use, there’s already problems and seeking it get it fixed now.

Surprised for a smaller machine.

Was surprised at how big this smaller washer was inside. I used it a few times and it was great. Thought I would have had to do double loads due to the size difference from my old washer. I love the automatic water level option. Choosing a wash cycle is very user friendly. I use liquid detergent and it works well in the compartment. The only down fall I have experienced was using the fabric softener compartment, it doesn't hold much and when it releases it into the wash it stained my clothes where it fell due to no option to dilute it. I am going to have to wait and pause the rinse and add the softener manually in the future. Otherwise it is a very easy and great machine.
