It has a lot of different modes and I love that they all don’t take a super long time. I had a great experience with the delivery men when they came and installed the new washer very quickly and efficiently. It’s also has a bigger inside then I expected. I’m very please with my purchase. My washer died suddenly and it was a great quick purchase.

I have to tip toe to reach bottom. Quiet. Rinses till clothes are nearly dry compared to what we’ve owned in the past.

Best purchase and getting another combo package

This is the most cost-effective combo available in the market. After using it for a year, they have been simply the best!!

The cycles seem to take a little longer than I was used to but it works well and I'm happy with how well it cleans our clothes.

I spent 1100 at the time for the GE thinking i would be good for a while, but that was not the case. I decided to go back to the old school top load washer, and boy am I happy! My wife is also happy with the purchase so thats an added bonus. Dont overfill this washer with 50 pounds of clothes and youll have no issues.

Piece of junk

Two different techs come out and I was told to different things, the last tech let me know that the spin thing in the washer is basically broken, by this time it was two weeks past my time to add a extended warranty. So after the manufacturer warranty to is up in about 9 months,I will have to basically purchase a new wash machine. The price is affordable and it looks nice that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I will never purchase anything from best buy again, and I wouldn't recommend y'all to purchase this one keep looking. And my experience with there customer service person she was rude and refused to put her supervisor on the phone.
