The lid it plastic and light but it works great. It’s a little long on the wash cycles but it gets the job done. I am glad I purchased this washer.

However, for a single or just a couple it's perfect. It's very quiet and allows me to wash very small loads as well as larger loads. It does it's job quietly and efficiently.

Had it installed May 13th, 2023, not working right, had to wait another week for a new one! Put a load in the new on, water didn’t drain, put on drain & spin, worked…..so far, I only wash once a week, I hope it last thru the year!

Does its job and gets everything clean in a fair amount of time. If I had to purchase again, I would definitely go with this again because its low price but works wonders! For my first big appliance purchase I was very happy to get this, and ordering through Best Buy made me feel confident in my decision. All my questions were answered and the people I worked with were all extremely patient.
