Sturdy washing machine and not complicated to install, parts could be more stronger or made of better material, I had to replace the hoses due to loud squealing when washing with hot water but cycles are fast getting all water out but spin can be noisy. Good buy though.

The Best buy technicians showed up in a geek squad truck and dropped the washing machine off pulled the cardboard and actually put it close to where I was going to install it and for that I thank them. They were very professional. The machine couldn't be simpler to use It's all electronic. I would write the quality is way above average and I ran a load through it right away and everything went smoothly. For the money for the machine I think it's a pretty good deal. All you need to know is where the start button is located.

We live in a condo and this washer fit perfect and has many modes. It was very affordable and is running amazing. Had it for about eight months now no problem highly recommend.

This is a great washing machine. I am so pleased. I absolutely love it. It’s simple offers many settings. It is quiet and it holds a lot. It is very deep. In fact I have to get on my tippy toes to get everything out from the bottom of it. The service was great as well. It took five minutes to hook it up. I would definitely recommend this washer. You can’t beat it for the price.

I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s super quiet, washes clothes super well. It has lots of different wash options. And fits nearly anywhere. It’s also deeper than my old washer. It was super easy to install and use right off the bat.

It was one of the few that could fit in my narrow doorway. Overall, I like it since it is quiet and pretty easy to use. When washer is in use, the door lock seems a bit “weak” or loose when you slightly try to lift the door open; not that you want to open the door while in use.

Our washer had quit working on a Wednesday, we were looking for an affordable replacement. Although I was skeptical about purchasing the “Best Buy” brand, I must admit I am pleasantly surprised so far buy its performance. It does everything as it should and has not disappointed us in one bit. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a washing machine.

It has all the essentials features of a washing machine. Various modes of operation. Auto water level. Economic water consumption (aka HE). Imbalance detection… my previous washing machine was thrashed beyond repair due to imbalance when washing beddings, but this item nicely stops and warns me when imbalance happens during a drying cycle, so that is really good. It saves water pretty aggressively when using the “normal/eco” mode. For some food stains eco mode is good enough to clean it up. For some other stains, no so good… and Id have to use “heavy” mode. My machine sometimes can spend up to 30 minutes during the drying cycle repeatedly draining and spinning. Not sure if that is by design or a faulty behavior.

I’ve had this washer for about a month now. It works great. It’s affordable, washes the clothes fast and its quiet. I will more than likely purchase the Insignia dryer when I can.

I've had this washer for a few months now and it's been very reliable and easy to use. It's nothing fancy but great quality for the price. I recommend this for a first time buyer.

Got tired of fixing and dealing with my old washer. Bought this one on sale and don't regret it. So far so good. It was really easy to install and I was washing clothes within 20 min of bringing it home. I love that it has an agitator and it actually washes large loads of laundry in deep water.

Love my new Insignia washer from Best Buy. Great quality and price at the right time I needed it. My old washer finally gave out on me unexpectedly and I was in a bind to find a new one. Quick search on line and I the perfect washer for me. I have now had it for 7 months, going on 8, and I am extemely satified with it. Great price, quality, and brand.
