Very efficient so far, it has done its job. Has different wash options and washes the clothes pretty good. Do recommend washes towels and clothes pretty good .

Not sure about this machine! Had it installed May 13th, 2023, not working right, had to wait another week for a new one! Put a load in the new on, water didn’t drain, put on drain & spin, worked…..so far, I only wash once a week, I hope it last thru the year!

Capacity, functionality and ease of use are all great. Clothing comes out feeling, looking and smelling clean. Very happy with this item! It's fairly stable while spinning and isn't too noisy.

For as cheap as it is, it's a pretty good washer. It thoroughly washed all the clothes we put through it, and it endured many loads with favorable washing results. Unfortunately, after a year and a half, the motor is starting to burn out with a horrid smell, and is no longer spin-drying the clothes well enough. I say unfortunately because the parts and service warranty is 1 year, meaning I'm out of luck with it. I suppose you get what you pay for, but this machine has done more than its fair share of work.

Love this new washer, holds twice as much as my old one. The different features are nice. And the price was the best part, being a single father i was able to afford the washer and dryer.

I have had this product since 2022 when i bought it, i must say its an excellent product. Easy to operate, consumes very little energy ( i can say its energy saving) , little or no noise, never needed maintenance or repairs. Its just a perfect appliance for every home

We purchased this for my mother and so far it is working out very well for her. She is elderly and it is simple for her to operate. She is quite particular about her clothes being clean and this machine is doing the job.

Extremely nice and functional washer. Does its job and gets everything clean in a fair amount of time. If I had to purchase again, I would definitely go with this again because its low price but works wonders! For my first big appliance purchase I was very happy to get this, and ordering through Best Buy made me feel confident in my decision. All my questions were answered and the people I worked with were all extremely patient.

Perfect size and works like an expensive machine and sold to us by a very knowledgeable and extremely professional. had this salesman not been as good as he was I would’ve walked out and look somewhere else Best Buy has the best product of the best people working there. He was absolutely the best I am a very grouchy 80 year old and I love my product, and I love the way it was sold to me. Great job with the insulation very well done no scratches no dents.
