    The washing machine is somewhat quiet and it gets the job done. It fits a lot of clothes inside and I would recommend buying the dryer also. I minus 2 stars because the delivery man informed me that they have issues and to keep an eye on it.

    I’ve been using this washer for a few months and it’s pretty good. It washes really good, I like the safety feature where it doesn’t start without the lid being closed.

    Pros - Unit is able to wash a moderate sized load with no issues. Multiple wash settings are available with easy to adjust settings. Excellent spin drain left clothes lightly damp. Very easy to use level/balance adjustment feet. Cons - The unit is very noisy throughout the entire wash process. Hose connections on the back are plastic and may become damaged easily when attaching water hoses, causing water leaks. Personal Problem Experience - The unit did have an issue once where it failed to wash and drain properly leaving the clothes soapy and dripping. At the same time the smell of burning plastic/rubber came from around the wash drum. Called to have an Insignia tech take a look, who found nothing wrong. However unit worked perfectly during the tech inspection and afterwards.
