The delivery guys were great - courteous and they knew what they were doing. Everything was done quickly & efficiently. They also took the time to go over care & operating instructions. Would highly recommend Best Buy to friends & family for appliances!

The 3.7 lock lid during the wash & unable to see what is happening. Nothing was wrong, just me.

Now, i have had it for a lttle while, and I must say so far Im pleased with its performance.

Not sure how people stayed in reviews that they washed a king size comforter as I can just about fit my full size. You can only wash one blanket at a time. Machine is constantly unbalancing itself and I have to keep teadjuating and starting load again.
