I am most satisfied knowing I can do my sheets and pillowcases in one load, and that my specific comforter can be washed alone. Regular clothes come out fresh, and I do like to softener dispenser myself! I wish it came with a better way for pre-soaking, but I'm not going to take a star off for a choice I made. I figured out to just turn the machine off to soak for thirty minutes or more, so it's all good. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who needs to do larger loads for any reason.

Did not see either in the instructions. Pretty quiet washer but smaller than I am used to.

Do not buy!!!!!

Last year, i had issues and was under warranty and was repaired. Now having another issue and its not under warranty. Will cost $125 for them to come and check out, not including parts and labor, will be about the same price I purchased! I would advise you not to purchase because you may have to contact repair service every year!!! This is very upsetting that I trusted that the machine wouldn't be having issues every year or definitely not in 2yrs of purchase! Do not buy! Do not buy! Do not buy!! It's not worth your hard earned money!
