    The agitator is not like a normal washing machine and you would have to go another round on spin cycle i notice it doesn't completely spin all the water out the clothing other than that its a pretty good washer

    The machine does a good job at cleaning. The water switches on and off during washing cycles and causes a loud noise. It is irritating. Have tried lowering water pressure and it didn't change. Also, had a very bad experience with installers. Broken water pipe. Water shooting freely into cabinets, walls, running into air vents, and soaking linoleum and carpet. That happened last year, still have not heard from company's insurance company, Sedgwick. Cannot get anyone to talk to us.

    Price was great for this washer. My mom had the Amana previously and it was $150 more and thr quality is very similar.
