I read the reviews and was apprehensive, but I have had this washer for a month now and I am so impressed. I should have known it was a great value. I've had dryer that matches this washer for a year and half now. They are both great.

During the initial Geek Squad visit, the technician never opened the back of the unit to confirm which parts were actually defective. Despite that, I was told parts would be ordered, and it took approximately 2.5 weeks for those parts to arrive. When the Geek Squad returned—again without inspecting or opening the unit—I was not provided a repair. Instead, the parts were picked up, and I was given a phone number to call to request a replacement washer, even before the scheduled parts-replacement appointment occurred. After calling the exchange program, I was informed that the new unit would take an additional week to arrive. This means I will be without a washer for over a month. While I appreciate that a replacement is being offered, clearer communication and an accurate timeframe would have been much more helpful, especially compared to the original three-day repair estimate.

The tenant appreciated it so it was all good. I appreciate that the delivery man noticed a dent in it and BB sent me a gift certificate for 100.00.
