Perfect for my apartment. I was scared it wouldn’t fit in the small space designed for the washer and dryer, it fits perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Very nice washer for a great price. Bought it for my daughter and she loves it. Has more settings than our previous one and love how it even has a towels setting. Also the detergent pull out drawer.

Good washing machine for the price but had issues within 1st year. Best Buy was really good about sending technicians out to fix as it was still under the manufacturer warranty. I upgraded to the larger 4.1 unit to see if I had better luck with that one.

A little noisy during the spin cycle but other than that no complaints and its is a great buy for the price.

I like the washer only bad thing insignia did with this washer! They designed it around the spinner part in the middle. Silk and thin sheets got under the middle and tangle up underneath the plastic peace.

The only thing this washing machine has going for is it's large enough for extra large loads and the cleaning quality is a 7 out of 10 other than that there's more negatives than positives to this piece of machinery it is extremely loud and the load cycles take forever to complete it stays on the rinse and spin cycle for atleast 30 minutes everytime! Another negative is our power bill has skyrocketed ever since I got this box of plastic yes it's plastic the only thing aluminum is the basket! It is extremely loud for a plastic washing machine I had a best buy technician come over to diagnose the problem with the long wash cycles and the loud noise he commented on how strange it was that the body was all plastic and he never seen one in like that before lol he 'diagnosed' it for at least 2 hours and he couldn't find anything wrong with it except the fact that it was all plastic lol I think he was on his phone the whole time so he told me I could take it back myself and get a refund for it... At that point I felt like saying don't do me no favors bye! Their just incompetent and have terrible customer service skills they don't take of their customers at all! The Tacoma store by the mall is a little better I would go there!

Good Washer, Came in a timely manner only took about 30 minutes for them to move it in & install.

Reasonably priced, works great. Also part of the reason I bought it was that size wise, I needed something that fit through the area that I have to bring it into the house. All of the other washers I could find were too big other than 2 commercial washing machines that were a lot more expensive.

Buy this item over a year ago and it’s amazing! Very affordable as well.
