    So far it's working great for a family of 5. The only thing I don't like is it's to deep I have a hard time reaching the bottom.

    I have had this about a week now. It's so quiet and I love that it has an auto setting to choose the size of the load. After the first wash, I had to push the fabric softener pin down. Ever since, it has been working perfectly.
