This washer is amazing. It’s quiet and has a quick wash cycle cle.

Cheap lid but works fine. Delivery not so great. The man had to in hook my dryer to get washer in. Took the vent off, threw the bracket that holds it on away and needless to say I had to go buy another one, have someone move my dryer out and hook the vent back up

This is a very quiet operating washing machine. The instructions don't tell you how long each cycle takes, this would help.

The washer has performed as expected. The spin cycle saves time in the dryer. I will continue to monitor the operation of the washer over time and will let you know if any problems arise.

So far so good . A little noisy when washing. The washer itself is awesome , fit perfect in my wash room . It was an easy setup !

Just as good as the $1k ones just doesn’t have the control panel lights and other useless decorative features that usually stop working over short period of time and the fact that all washers do same thing just different intervals faster or slower or longer (fill with water, shake around the items some way or another, drain and spin) what are you getting than you need four digit priced one? Answer: emptier wallet.

Great washer. Holds a lot but yet gets the clothes clean and spin cycle really gets the water out. Especially towels and sheets. Fit in space perfectly Very very happy with this washer

The best washer I could buy ! The washer is very easy to use as well.

Unfortunately, my unit failed within a few months of ownership. During the initial Geek Squad visit, the technician never opened the back of the unit to confirm which parts were actually defective. Despite that, I was told parts would be ordered, and it took approximately 2.5 weeks for those parts to arrive. When the Geek Squad returned—again without inspecting or opening the unit—I was not provided a repair. Instead, the parts were picked up, and I was given a phone number to call to request a replacement washer, even before the scheduled parts-replacement appointment occurred. After calling the exchange program, I was informed that the new unit would take an additional week to arrive. This means I will be without a washer for over a month. While I appreciate that a replacement is being offered, clearer communication and an accurate timeframe would have been much more helpful, especially compared to the original three-day repair estimate.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the eco cycles on this machine are. The water level sensor is an excellent feature, and the cost was affordable.
