Had to manually set the level to high. Called insignia and said the water sensor was defective and will replace the washer under the two week exchange warranty. Will have to wait more than a month for a replacement.

Wjen using quick wash the water level barely comes up, so you can only wash a very small load on this cycle. It will not let you choose the water level on this function.
