This washer rocks! Easy to use and has cleaned different size loads. Definitely would recommend this washer.

I got this machine because it was affordable and had good reviews and I thought by buying new I would avoid issues that come with a used machine. Right away I noticed that things were getting stuck under the agitator and an item of clothing was destroyed this way, but at first I was able to pull them out. Then a blanket got completely stuck and it wasn't coming out without removing the agitator. I called Insignia and was told they would send a repair person out but that kept getting cancelled without anyone notifying me (so I sat there all day for nothing) or telling me the reason for cancellation. After three cancellations over three weeks (that's a long time without a washer when you have a kid and no laundromat nearby btw) and no explanation, I kept calling until someone would explain what was going on. I finally was told that it wasn't something that could be repaired and they were just going to replace the machine. So why did they keep rescheduling only to cancel? Who knows. I had to wait over another week for the delivery. So that was 4 weeks without a washer. I thought it would be fine because I was told by the guy at Insignia that this was such a rare issue, and I liked the machine otherwise. But it's two weeks after the second machine was delivered and I'm in the exact same situation. I went to go remove a load of sheets and one of my sheets was stuck under the agitator. How rare can this be if it's happened with two different machines. I never overload the machine and I select the proper settings each time. It will be almost two weeks again before the replacement machine is delivered and now I'm afraid to put anything in it because it might happen again. I was not offered compensation for my damaged items. I can't afford to keep replacing blankets and sheets and clothes, and I shouldn't even have to worry about that with a brand new machine that is supposedly designed to wash such items. I lost about $50 worth of items so far. So disappointed with this machine and customer service at both Insignia and Best Buy.

Got delivered but i haven't set it up yet! We just got our home set up and our water and electric isnt hooked up to try it yet!

I love it, works great, it pauses quickly during cycles if you need to open the lid

Nice washer, happy with it, a little tricky to use but overall works well.

This washer is actually much better than I imagined for the price. There are several settings and the drum is really large.

Great washer. Does the job it needs to do. Would not recommend washing big blankets but it does do the bed sheets and a good amount of clothes each load.

Very impressive! It’s a great machine. Like all the different cycles and water levels. Clothes come out clean and smells great .

If I could give a negative star I would. After 2 months water is gushing out of bottom of washer. I think it is a manufactured defect.
