price point is the best but that’s necessary considering the softener & detergent drawer are not properly functional. as soon as u fill the softener & detergent drawer, the softener & detergent disappear from the drawer like u hadnt put anything in. never seen anything like that in my life

This washer is terrible! The lights are still on after the wash, you will need to press the button to complete the wash. Once the wash finishes, you literally have to wring out the clothes because they are still soaked. I bought this for my mom, and I have realized why she hasn't used it more than twice, I only wish she said something a while back, and I would have returned, or exchanged it for another. Hopefully it isn't too late for a manufacturers warranty. Not to mention, I paid over $400 for something that doesn't work well, and leaks.

Picked up washer got it home took it out the box and it is so banged up. We can barely plug it in, wish we had an option for return but we picked up 75 miles from us

Received a new dented washer, returned it for another dented washer was told a 10% gift card would be in the mail, still have not received it , it’s been 3 weeks, would not recommend this place to anyone, follow through with what you tell your customers!!!!!

I wouldnt recommend its very noisey seems to clran the clothes ok but the noise is crazy

I'm extremely surprised with the price, size and the capability of this Insignia washing machine! I had a compact Kenmore for more than a decade. I paid twice the price of this one and it was at a piece of crap! I came across this Insignia, just 1 1/2 inches over the compact one I had, and what a beauty! Best Buy almost missed my purchase due to some bull crap excuse of the delivery people not wanting to take it upstairs. However I paid extra to somebody else to take it upstairs and I am glad a did. Very good machine with the quality and performance of the big expensive ones. Thank you all for your honest caring reviews. They influenced me quite a bit in my decision!

I purchased the Insignia 3.7 cu. ft. High Efficiency 12-cycle top loading washer and was reluctant at purchasing this at first because it was the cheapest one and all that I could afford. I purchased it on September 27, 2021 but waited to do a review to make sure it ran efficiently. My Whirlpool lasted 22 years, so I was certainly spoiled by how long it lasted and it was serviced only once and it was just a minor adjustment. I don't expect this one to last as long, but so far I have had no problem at all. It runs very efficiently and to my surprise is very quiet, which is a plus because the washer and dryer are off the kitchen. The only downfall is that the lid is plastic, but a minor issue for me. As long as this machine is efficient, that's all that matters. I am very pleased with its performance. I gave it a 4 star only because of the plastic lid.

I’m one week in from buying. So far it’s awesome! Large washer for such a great price! Ive used Kenmore for years. Mine finally went out so I replaced it with this one. Let ke te you! This one gets my clothes noticeably cleaner! It’s quite, can handle big loads or just a quick wash. Lots of settings for such a low price! Id definitely recommend this top loader to anyone! Id never heard of this brand or even thought to look at Best Buy for a washer. But im so glad I found this brand! You cant find a better washer anywhere else! Everywhere else charges so much for a simple washer. This one is priced righg and works better than smu washer ive ever owned. I kniw its only been a werk but its just perfect!

Really great washer for the price. I got it on sale to replace my portable washer that broke. Although this is not labeled as a portable washer I set it up on a dolly and I am able to connect it to the sink by using just one hose to the cold water connector. I always select tap cold for the water temp and I can use both hot and cold water from the sink. Thankfully my sink is deep enough and doesn't overflow when the water drains. It cleans really well and works way better than my other washer. Super easy to use and I like all the different options it gives. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and efficient. A good quality washer. The size is perfect for my smaller space, which is 26 inches, a regular size washer doesn’t fit.

Its not a bad washer I've only had it for 2 days but trust me the first thing I did was put this to the test. Its okay you can tell your getting what you paid for so I suggest buying the geek squad protection because the 1 year warranty this comes with isn't going to cut it. The plastic lid is the first thing that let me know this was cheaply made. All in all it cleans my clothes, its sort of quiet and the spin cycle is the ONLY reason I gave this four stars, if it wasn't for that only 3 stars, it actually gets a good amount of water out of the clothes which cuts down on the drying time.
