The only issue I have is once in While the clothes will be dripping wet and I try to use the drain and spin option, but it will rinse the clothes still leaving them dripping....now we have to wring them out. You have a rinse function so why is the drain and spin option rinsing?

Great for the price. The tub is really deep for large loads. Although too deep for my 5’ short self to reach in for clothes. I just put a small stool and it is perfect.

But I have now had this machine for 20 months and it is beginning to be such a hassle. No matter how I take my time and place my laundry in the drum making sure to not have too many clothes on one side, the machine will move the clothes to the point to where the load is very much unbalanced. I have to repeatedly pause the cycle to redistribute the load and this happens almost every load and it doesn't matter how many article of clothing is in the machine at the time. It also has begun to take longer and longer to complete a cycle-specifically the rinse/spin portion.
