Yeah, your clothes do get clean.

The only thing was, it doesnt seem like the categories are not any different. And also, I don't like that you cannot see the actions of the washer...remember how we could hold the latch and have the lid lifted and see it agitate, it doesn't let you do that, so you don't know whats going on inside.I had a hard time hooking it up, I had to purchase hoses, sink adapter, and extension cord and tape to add on an extension drainage hose...and you have to buy an Dishwasher Hose for an extension because a washing machine hose is too big.

It has been less than a year and it has stopped spinning. Also, Best Buy delivered and installed, but they did not secure the drain hose, so after a few months of use, it came loose as it will do due to the vibration of the machine running over time. Flooded my kitchen. I am trying to reach Insignia customer service as it is still under warranty, but they are not answering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Neither Best Buy nor Insignia has been of any help.

It’s a little noisy, but it does the job. Hate the lid, it’s cheap and flimsy. Feels like it’s gonna break off at any moment. I would recommend it if you’re on a budget.
