    Worst purchase I have ever made. It has been less than a year and it has stopped spinning. Also, Best Buy delivered and installed, but they did not secure the drain hose, so after a few months of use, it came loose as it will do due to the vibration of the machine running over time. Flooded my kitchen. I am trying to reach Insignia customer service as it is still under warranty, but they are not answering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Neither Best Buy nor Insignia has been of any help.

    When they bought us out other washer it was no hose for the hot and cold my grandfather had to go and buy me new one i think that was not fair but the washer works after my grandfather but the hose on
